Itinerary:
Day 1: Siem Reap
Upon arrival in Siem Reap Airport, transfer to your hotels in Siem Reap.
Enjoy welcome dinner in a restaurant in Siem Reap. Overnight in hotel in
Siem Reap. (Dinner)
Day 2: Siem Reap - Angkor Thom
After breakfast, transfer to Angkor Thom. Visit the "Great City" of
Angkor Thom, including the early-Angkor era temples of the Rolous Group
- Preah Ko, Ba Kong and Lo Lei. In the afternoon continue to the South
Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon, the Terrace of Elephants and
Terrace of the Leper King. Return to hotel after watching the sun set at
Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in hotel in Siem Reap. (Breakfast)
Day 3: Siem Reap - Angkor Wat
After breakfast, visit Angkor Wat. Explore the magnificent 12th century
Angkor Wat. In the afternoon continue to Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei, the
fabulous Ta Prohm Temple, embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees
and gigantic creepers and the small twin temples of Chau Say Tevoda and
Thommanon. Overnight in hotel. (Breakfast)
Day 4: Siem Reap - Tonle Sap Cruise - Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)
After breakfast, transfer to Tonle Sap Lake. Board a local boat for a
cruise through the floating villages. Enjoy cruising tour in Tonle Sap
Lake (Great Lake of Cambodia). Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon,
transfer to Siem Reap Airport for flight to Saigon. Upon arrival in Tan
Son Nhat Airport, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) – Cao Dai Temple – Cu Chi Tunnel
After breakfast, transfer to Tay Ninh, headquarters of Cao Dai region,
attend the fantastic mid-day temple service when followers fill the hall
wearing colored robes, a symbol of the curious combination of
Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. In the afternoon, visit the Cu Chi
Tunnels, an underground network of tunnels constructed by Vietnamese
fighters during the struggle for independence. Transfer back to Saigon.
Overnight in hotel. (Breakfast and lunch)
Day 6: Saigon - Mekong Delta
After breakfast, transfer to My tho. Take a leisure boat ride through
the Bao Dinh natural canal which is bordered by rows of traditional
stilt houses and fruit plantations. Visit the My Tho wholesale fruit
market. Proceed to Tortoise Island. Lunch served in the heart of the
orchard. Enjoy a boat ride through the Tan Thach natural canal in Ben
Tre, cruising under the shadows of the water coconut trees. Visit a
family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle. After
trekking through the fruit plantation on Thoi Son Island, enjoy a rowing
boat ride along the creeks. Transfer back to Saigon. Overnight in hotel.

Day 7: Saigon City tour - Airport
After breakfast, visit the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral,
Post office and Thien Hau Pagoda. Lunch in a restaurant. In the
afternoon, visit China Town and Binh Tay Market. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight. Trip concludes. (Breakfast) |
