We stay in this hotel for 5 nights, even the price is a little bit high but I still will come back again. Because the hotel location is very convenient to very where and the atmosphere in breakfast area and the roof top bar is very good. Service and food is good too. Wendy, Hong Kong
Initially we
weren’t happy with the rooms we booked online but the hotel went out of
their way to help us with better rooms to suite our family needs etc.
Nothing was to much trouble for the Hotel + staff. Ideal location to
central shops + river etc. River facing rooms although would have
potential for lots of road noise etc. We enjoyed watching the activities on the river during breakfast. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! We appreciated the hotel security people outside the hotel. We wished they had warned us about the street con games. The room was large, with marble floors in the bathroom. It was everything we needed. The staffs were friendly, and their English was good. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted, and the taxi was available anytime. Beware of the taxi and motorcycle con's!! Don't talk to strangers!! Steve, United States Excellent service from well trained staff, a beautiful room with a view and a collection of varied bars. Excellent stuff. Sam, United Kingdom This hotel is excellent. This is my second time at this hotel and again found it excellent. My only quibble is that the breakfast is now on the 5th floor roof which can be very hot in the morning-we liked it better when in the aircon ground floor. Gary, Australia The staffs were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. As it was our 40th wedding anniversary they made our room up with rose petals and swans on our bed made from towels. The Colonial suite was lovely, very large bedroom with a l/room. The bathroom was large but the shower head did not work when we arrived there. The pool area is very small and not many sun chairs. We had a lovely time there and would recommend the hotel for people that want a taste of the French architecture." Graham, Australia Overall the hotel was lovely & the junior suite exceptional. However, our room on the 2nd floor was situated directly above a nightclub located on Don Khoi which meant loud music at our end of the floor until at least 12:00am. I would suggest a room in the new wing or above the 3rd floor to avoid this. Jodie, Australia Excellent service, really nice feel to the place and the terrace bars and restaurants were great. Only downside is that the pool is very shady but its good for a city break. Phil, United Kingdom The 1920s French Colonial decor and ambience is fantastic, very well restored. Service is first class. Not the cheapest hotel in HCMC but worth every cent. Greg, Australia Excellent stay in this hotel. The only problem was the blind window due to the presence of a billbooard hiding the view of the river. Dominique, France |
