Staff friendly and efficient Room beautiful but could be a little soundproofed from traffic My wife didn't like that she was not welcome to a massage in the hotel's massage, sauna, jacuzzi facilities as were advertised on the net. Food not up to expectations we used to go to sister hotel 3 up the road where coffee tasted like coffee!!.

We had a pleasant stay at Liberty 2 during our 1st visit to HCM city. Location of hotel is just 5 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Double thumbs up to the male reception staff who gave us a map and directions to shopping and eating areas. Security guards are also very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Lift is very slow, cramp and stuffy though, it smells also. Breakfast is so-so only, can be better. Karen, Singapore

We stayed in a Delux Executive Room but it is nothing superior. We consider that is a standard room and the room charge is not cheap. The restaurant at the 10th floor was not as good as we thought. The price was expensive and the service was ordinary. Adrian, Australia  

This hotel is perfect. It is only a few minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market and also the night market. The executive deluxe room is very neatly and nicely designed. Its king size bed can even sleep 4 children! The bathroom is quite simply designed but its very clean! There are even some beautiful drawings in the room! The service is very fast. The last day of my vacation, we were going back to the airport and the security even help us to call for taxi! They are very helpful. If next time I came to Vietnam again, I would definitely come to Liberty 2 hotel! Good job. Catherine, USA 

Hotel is in excellent location just 2 minutes from the central market area and a 15 minute walk to other main attractions. Nice room but a LOT of road noise even with all windows firmly shut. Staffs were very helpful arranging trips, giving directions etc. Jon, United Kingdom  

We stayed 4 nights and found the room clean and of sufficient size, with a large well stocked bathroom. The bed was unusually soft and comfortable for Asia. Some noise from the hotel's bar was evident in the room until about midnight. Traffic noise was not significant. Breakfast provided in the tarif and consisted of a wide selection. Hotel located near Ben Thanh markets and quite close to the centre of Saigon. Gengos, Australia
