Other than the location of the Sheraton everything was fine. The restaurant is good and has a choice for everyone. The rooms are clean. Jean, Canada

The Sheraton Hanoi as with all Sheratons provides excellent service and value. I had just come off an overnight flight which was uncomfortable and overcrowded and the staff went out of their way to find me a room a.s.a.p. so that I could get some much needed rest. They were very caring and I really appreciated the effort shown. I will stay here again even though the hotel is a little further out of town than I usually prefer. Deirdre, Australia 

This is a beautiful, modern hotel. Service standards and rooms are excellent. For us the main issue was location. It wasn't near anything of interest in Hanoi and one needed to get a taxi everywhere. There are no restaurants, sights, shopping areas etc near this hotel. It may suit business people better than tourists like us. The lake in front of the hotel appeared to be undergoing extensive shoreline remodelling, so that it may, in time, make the location more appealing. By the way, we have found your website excellent. I have visited Hanoi many times and have stayed in nearly all the main hotels. This was my first visit to the Sheraton, but I feel I won't be going back. Not to much to say really, apart from being in a beautiful location and having good room service. But the hotel lacks soul. It has a soulless feel to it, this maybe because it is still a fairly new hotel. John, United Kingdom
